I don't spam, I don't send unexpected text messages , and I don't blast you with emails. I communicate with you using whatever method works for you. I respect your time. I don't want uninvited phone calls, text messages or emails and I don't do that to you. I don't share anything you send to me with anyone, ever, without your written permission.
